BE BIBLICAL.
We stand on the word and live accordingly, nothing more.
2 TIMOTHY 3:16-17 -All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
Everyday is a day to live for Christ. We realize that no amount of our love can satisfy if it isn’t according to His word and will on what is love and how to love.
Our profession of Christ is that Christ is our profession. It is who we are.
BE PHYSICAL.
We don’t let the “old fashioned” things fade away. In the digital age, while it made it easier to connect to everybody; at the same time it’s isolated us from each other. We have all the languages in our hands, but have lost the ability to write with a simple pencil-and-paper. We can get food delivered at any time, but don’t know how to cook. We have to maintain some level of self-sufficiency.
More Importantly, as believers we have work to do. Being a Christian is not just a tag to have associated with us, instead we are only identified by the fruits we produce.
Colossians 3:23-24 -Whatever you do, do your work heartily, as for the Lord rather than for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance. It is the Lord Christ whom you serve.
BE INTENTIONAL.
Don’t just do things, know why you’re doing them. Be more than a good reputation. Be genuine even when it’s just you alone. Who you show, should be no different from who you are.
EPHESIANS 4:1-3 -Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
