This has significance in both natures; to be in this world while not of this world.

As followers of Christ our focus isn’t for any material gain, but for God alone. As He fills us, we are satisfied no matter our situation in life.

We are CONTENT.

While we venture in this world, there’s so much media that is consuming us. But in recent times there’s been an unveiling of the ability to be our own media. That instead of falling into doomscrolling, distractions, and overloading information, we can become the creators ourselves and make a better impact. Not just become another “cog in the wheel.”

We ARE CONTENT.

I know the purpose of THEMOODIVERSE is to be a platform for all forms of content. But what this is, is me exposing myself.

You know how some pastors seemingly have a holy appearance, but then you find out they are adulterous, drunkards, liars, thieves, etc. These are the types of stories that for many of people I’ve talked with was a major factor for them leaving the church, and in some cases leaving Christianity altogether. Some people ask for grace and forgiveness for their “slip-ups,” or they throw out the “I’m only human” card. Yet, the scripture is very upfront about the call, the weight of these positions in the body, and the standards. I can’t speak for them. But what I can do is use these situations and try to do better.

So while this isn’t going to be an obsessive look into my everyday life, this will be a look inside my everyday mindset, my everyday lifestyle. I don’t want to be a stumbling block for anyone. And if I’m going to continue into ministry, and possibly progress further, I want to be open about who I am, what I believe, and how I live.
